VocaRandom is a random voice call app for adults (18+). We maintain a strict, non‑negotiable zero‑tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content, behavior, or account that involves or appears to involve CSAE is prohibited and will lead to immediate action, including removal of content, permanent account bans, and reports to relevant authorities where legally required.

1. No minors – 18+ only

2. Zero‑tolerance for CSAE content and behavior

The following are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate action:

Users who engage in any of the above may be permanently banned and, where appropriate, reported to law enforcement or other competent bodies.

3. Detection, moderation, and enforcement

Possible enforcement actions include (without limitation):

4. Reporting concerns

If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation:

We review serious reports as quickly as reasonably possible and can take immediate action where needed.

5. Cooperation with authorities

When we are legally required to do so, or when we have a good‑faith belief that it is necessary to prevent harm to a child, we may cooperate with law enforcement or recognized child protection organizations. This can include providing account information, logs, or other relevant data as permitted by applicable law.

6. Education and reminders for users

You can review our full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle user‑generated content, data, and law‑enforcement requests.

These safety standards are part of our ongoing effort to protect children and to make VocaRandom a safer space for adults. We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in law, best practices, or our internal safety processes.
