VocaRandom
Safety Standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Last updated: May 10, 2026
VocaRandom is a random voice call app for adults (18+). We maintain a strict,
non‑negotiable zero‑tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Any content, behavior, or account that involves or appears to involve CSAE is prohibited and will lead
to immediate action, including removal of content, permanent account bans, and reports to relevant
authorities where legally required.
1. No minors – 18+ only
- Our app is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use VocaRandom – Stranger Voice Call.
- We do not knowingly allow minors to use the service or maintain accounts.
- If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, we may restrict or remove their account and related data as permitted by law.
2. Zero‑tolerance for CSAE content and behavior
The following are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate action:
- Any sexual content that involves or depicts minors (real, fictional, or implied).
- Requests for sexual images, videos, or sexual conversations with or involving minors.
- Sharing, exchanging, or attempting to obtain material that includes child sexual abuse, exploitation, or nudity.
- Grooming behavior or attempts to establish relationships with minors for sexual purposes.
- Links, usernames, or external contact requests that indicate CSAE material or activity.
Users who engage in any of the above may be permanently banned and, where appropriate, reported to law enforcement or other competent bodies.
3. Detection, moderation, and enforcement
To enforce these standards, we may use a combination of:
- User reports: In‑app reporting tools allow users to flag abusive or illegal behavior, including CSAE concerns.
- Automated checks: Limited automated systems may help identify suspicious patterns or high‑risk accounts (for example, repeat reports, blocked keywords, or policy violations).
- Human review: Our moderation team can review reports and related data (where available and lawful) to decide on appropriate actions.
Possible enforcement actions include (without limitation):
- Immediate suspension or permanent ban of accounts involved in CSAE.
- Blocking devices associated with serious violations, where technically and legally feasible.
- Removal or restriction of content that violates these standards.
- Escalation to law enforcement or child protection organizations, when legally required or appropriate.
4. Reporting concerns
If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation:
- Use the in‑app Report feature immediately, selecting the most relevant reason (for example, “Nudity or Sexual Content” or “Child exploitation”).
- Provide as much detail as you safely can in the report notes (time, language, what was said or shown).
- You may also contact us directly at: support@vocarandom.com.
We review serious reports as quickly as reasonably possible and can take immediate action where needed.
5. Cooperation with authorities
When we are legally required to do so, or when we have a good‑faith belief that it is necessary to prevent
harm to a child, we may cooperate with law enforcement or recognized child protection organizations.
This can include providing account information, logs, or other relevant data as permitted by applicable law.
6. Education and reminders for users
- Do not share or request sexual content involving anyone under 18 years of age.
- Do not attempt to meet or contact minors you believe you have encountered through the service.
- If you are unsure about a user’s age, stop all sexual conversation immediately and use the in‑app report tools.
You can review our full Terms of Service and
Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle user‑generated content,
data, and law‑enforcement requests.
These safety standards are part of our ongoing effort to protect children and to make VocaRandom a safer space
for adults. We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in law, best practices, or our internal
